The MCA Air Winch is the optimal solution for construction, mining and marine applications. Underground mining depends critically on the capability, reliability and safety of the hoisting equipment.
MCA Engineering offers long or short term hire agreements for the following pieces of equipment. Services and routine maintenance have been completed on a regular basis, making the equipment safe and reliable for use. MCA Engineering has developed this frame to provide access to new and existing shafts for the purpose of ground support or shaft maintenance allowing access to a depth of 1200 metres.
MCA Engineering recently delivered a shaft refurbishment project for a Mine in Regional NSW, involving the installation of a 24m Headframe, two 1200 Mine Class Winders (Sil 2 control), a working stage, and cage for men and materials. After 2 previous submissions (Over several years) for this tender, MCA were successful in a bid for the design and construction contract for the Refurbishment of the Copper Concentrator Crude Ore Bin.
