About as helpful as dirt, first of sold me a car that didn’t pass its pink slip meaning it wasn’t road worthy and by the 6 month point my mazda three has an array of problems. I understand cars can be temperamental but for a sensor that could have been easily fixed (legit reset) im not sure why its $500 (valued at about$100-150) for the part and over $600 worth of labour and none is covered on warranty or fixed as promised . Honestly would rather buy a car again of the side of the road, probably would have better service and work better.

I’ve purchased 4 brand new cars in the past, this was my 5th new car and it was by far the best new car purchasing experience by a long shot, not to mention how happy I am with my new Subaru Forester. I also can’t get over the shine from the Glass Coat paint protection pack, absolutely amazing! Thank you Dom, Jess and the team for making everything so easy! Absolutely highly recommend 5*

Purchased a BT50 had to wait 2 moths for tray to be told wrong colour when i ordered a silver and got a white then was promised in quote first 45000 service was free and now suggesting it inst , put fatter tyres on Ute as compensation of colour and at 30ks they are out of shape ... request rotation of tyres at service and not done , elderly lady in service department scares me and im 120kg ..... wish I never purchased from Doms very disappointing.

Pathetic service. Had a mechanic tell me that there wasn't a problem after having my car for 4 days. Was also give 2 quotes of upwards of 2000 for repairs that had nothing to do with the problem. Very lazy and even left my car out with the windows open for two days. Grease marks have been left in the interior and nothing was done to fix the issue. Car has broken down 250km since the "repairs". Couldn't even identify a faulty cam chain tensioner. I strongly recommend taking repairs elsewhere.
