This was my third amazing stay at Fairmont with my family. From the time we pulled up until the moment we left the service and atmosphere was exceptional. On my last visit, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and accomodation provided by the amazing and caring front desk and customer relation, Olivia. She took it to another level with personal attention, a surprise care gift, and soon enough become my daughter's favourite aunt. A true ambassador of service indeed.

The first time I stayed in fairmont for the week end was flawless, easy and super nice, so my husband and I decided to come back again for longer stay. However, the recent experience that we stayed in Farimont Gold Room here were really bad. I stayed in the same room, but apparently the room wasn't dusted or cleaned properly. There were so much dust on the closets/drawers/wardrobe and it triggered allergic reactions for the whole night. The problems remained after I reported them to the housekeeping staff (I'm sure that they had done their best, yet somehow the dust had accumulated again the following

Hotel is good. However, checking in was a pain. We had to wait for almost 2 hours for our room. When i booked, they said i can check in at 3pm, i had to wait until 5pm before i got our rooms, waiting with 3 young children was terrible. Please improve this. We expected much better from such a high class hotel

Great services. Amazingly I had a very nice suite room in 18th floor the view is directly to GBK and city lights. Me and my family really enjoy the room. Rooms are great. Very clean and so comfortable. It was a smoking room but thankfully the room smell so nice. All services, foods and ambiance was great. Thank you Fairmont Hotel, I really enjoy my holiday.
