Built in the 70's, the motel is being progressively renovated by owners Mark and Kristin Harding. All rooms were modernised in early 2016 which included new super quiet split system air conditioners, new flat screen TV's, new linen etc. The Executive Queen rooms have recently been completely renovated with all new built in furniture and fully tiled bathrooms with soft close toilets.

Super happy with our stay in a Deluxe Queen room last night. Couldn't fault it. Comfy bed and pillows, couch was large and also very comfortable during the day. Shower water pressure was fantastic, super clean rooms, air-conditioner worked great, staff were lovely, and a very peaceful location. Highly recommend!

Great value and very clean and comfy. Nice bathroom, hot shower (!!). We came flying through and arrived at 10pm and the key was left under the mat for us which was great. Better appointed than some of the much more expensive places in Adelaide! Only thing was I couldn’t get the TV to work but that is more than likely human error (mine)

Stayed at 105 On The Park on my way home after holiday in Victoria. On my way over I had stayed overnight at a Motel in Horsham which was the worst experience. I counted 200+ heavy vehicles streaming past my door until I fell asleep, exhausted at 4.00am. I had to find a better stopover on my way home and came upon 105 in a Google search. The Motel has been refurbished and is now fresh and trendy with its grey walls and lime green doors. The colour scheme continues inside the lovely spacious units which are impeccably clean and comfortable. But it was the peace and quiet that impressed me more than

It was such a pleasure to stay here on our way from WA to Vic. We stayed in a Deluxe Queen room at a very affordable price which included a continental breakfast. The room was lovely, recently decorated, roomy and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. And situated behind the wonderful Wudinna Hotel where everyone made us feel very welcome. Beautiful place with great country hospitality, we will definitely stay here again

A neat, clean motel in a nice quiet location, close to all amenities. Our room was spacious and looked freshly renovated. The bed was comfortable and we really appreciated being able to swap the doona/duvet (which I personally find too hot) for blankets, which were also stocked in the room.
Check-in was easy and quick and the room had lots of information on where to eat (including menus) and what to see.
Highly recommended.
