Organised the day before to see a vehicle to get some parts from it. Drove 40 minutes to get to the yard only to find all the gates locked up and noone around during business opening hours.
Rang and messaged, no response. Got a " sorry we were closed" message the next day. So unprofessional and will not be returning. Disgusting customer service to say the least.

I had previously had a bad experience with this place trying to sell me an incorrect part and then getting upset when I did my due diligence and confirmed it was not correct. Yesterday I came here for a friend and did not realise what the place was until I arrived, and went in prepared for more poor customer service
I got someone very friendly. I didn't catch his name, he was white and tall, maybe 30s if I had to guess. I was after an airbox for a 2012 triton, my friend had called ahead about it and he took me to the back to have a look. Everything was in order and he was super friendly

Absolute SCAMMERS. Came to pick up a vehicle with agreed value and truck driver blatantly ripped of my child as I was not home. Will not pay rest of money owed and goes out of their way to dodge the situation. DO NOT USE. Very bad service and bad communication.

Horrible. Shafted me with a broken wheel and did not accept reasonable offer for small refund to account for cost of the broken wheel.
Originally I was impressed with how easy it was to deal with them and the good price but soon as I got home noticed the stuffed rim but just got the run around.

My personal experience, I bought some parts from them in the past and was very happy with the service provided by the team. Mr. Mohammad in particular is a very good human being very easy going personally, actually I was quoted for a complete set of leather seat for my RAV4 for $700 with another wrecker. I went to see Mr Mohammad in Welshpool and he told me I think the price is reasonable. I explain him my financial situation and end up getting the set for $450 which save me $250.
