We are fluent in a range of styles from a small fine line walk-in or finishing your Japanese bodysuit. Our artists will guide you through the entire tattoo process from consultation and design to tattoo aftercare.

Heart & Soul Tattoo was established in 2018 by tattoo artists Brian Graydon and Teresa-Jane Day who have a combined experience of over 30 years tattooing. Brian and T.J set out to create an inviting studio space in the heart of Melbourne where clients can feel relaxed, comfortable and have the best tattoo experience possible.
Walk-in tattoos are more than welcome as long as we have time to do them (which we often do!) Some days are busier than others, therefore we may be fully booked and not have time for your tattoo immediately. We operate on a first come, first served system for walk-ins. If our artists are busy we will take your contact info and give you a call as soon as we have time available.

I got the tattoo from Natalie the apprentice and when I got home I realized the back of the hair line had a bump in it that looked odd. I contacted Natalie and she had an attitude from the start. Then I asked to speak to the owner Jesse and he was giving an attitude as well, they said if they fixed it they would charge me. So, I went to another tattoo shop and they told me the hair is over worked and they should have put the tattoo on in the opposite direction so her hair didn’t move so much when I turn my arm

This tattoo is my fourth and this was by far the best experience I have had. The shop location is a little confusing initially, but I was able to figure it out without any issues. The atmosphere is very relaxed and clean. I really enjoyed having a private room equipped with a TV that I was able to control while being tattooed. Quinten was professional and made my experience as comfortable as possible. I can’t wait to book with him in the future.

I haven't had work done yet, but have met with Bee and discussed custom work she will be doing soon. I have seen her work and love it. She's extremely talented. She is going to design some pieces to add to a partial sleeve, and I have faith that it is going to be beautiful. The shop is clean and bright and has private rooms, which is a plus. My initial reaction upon entering the studio was "Oh yes, this place is perfect. Well run, professional, and just very good energy. " Can't wait to show you the finished product. Probably the first review they've had prior to getting work done, but it's important

Rebecca “Bee” Santos is amazing! I started using her almost 4 years ago when she helped me design the perfect tattoo for my daughter. Since then, she’s done 7 amazing pieces on me, today being my 7th one! I love going into the shop, she makes you feel comfortable, gives you her honest opinion, and will design anything you want to perfection! I will never go see anyone else, she’s my go to girl! Justin, the artist that I saw was very unprofessional. He shut down my tattoo from the get go all because he wasn't "feeling" it due to the different cultures I have incorporated into MY tattoo that I want. I understand artists will want to put their own spin on it as well as might not be comfortable drawing what I want, but how he went about it was very rude and just shut it done without even hearing my whole idea. The shop was very clean and organized and the person who first greeted us was very nice and professional. My experience quickly dropped to, I'll never get a tattoo here, due to Justin

Went here for my first tattoo yesterday by appointment with Bee. She did an excellent job. My tattoo was pretty simple and went very quick, but was perfect. The shop was super clean and inviting and everyone was helpful, friendly and patient. Highly recommend both Bee and Heart & Soul.

I got my very first tattoo at this amazing place. I was so nervous coming in here but everyone was very nice and welcoming. Each artist cares about their client. I had Josh to do my tattoo and he made my design come to life and he was so nice. He helped me through the process which made me very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back over here to get my next tattoo! Thank you guys so much.
