In order for us to achieve the best service and efficiency, here are some rules and regulations that apply to all students of the driving school. Please ensure you have your learner's permit/ existing driver's license with you when attending a lesson together with your log book.
If the drop off address is different to the pickup address, or if you need to visit the ATM (payments for lessons/tests can be made by cash or credit card), please let the instructor know at the beginning of the lesson.Academy Driving School is not responsible for any delays when driving to the test centre due to traffic, road accidents or any other hazard that may occur on the day.

The instructors at Academy especially Mr Paul are very experienced and knowledgeable. They are the best at the business. He helped me not only to pass my driving test but also to become a prudent and careful driver in real life. Any amount of praise for him will fall short as he showed patience and trust that all new drivers need. Going anywhere else than to Academy will be a mistake.

Very poor communication! My husband relieved an email for the motorcycle test stating a particular day was open. I called and was told the person that administers the motorcycle test would be out until May 2. I just called to see if anything had changed and the person is holding tests on the day I originally called for! The lady that answered the phone tried going back on what she said. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. No good communication and they employ bad staff.

The first conversation to schedule a road test for my daughter the lady said "make sure you have proof of insurance and registration also parent and level 1 and level 2 documents". I had all of the documentation needed but my daughter was a week "early" from the 6 month time frame (no mention there is a time restriction). Rescheduled and paid the additional $20 for the second trip. The lady in the office was rude and my daughter failed for "tapping" the cone on parallel parking. Was not told that she could pull back out of the spot and try again until after the lady called me over and failed her
