Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Failed to keep scheduled appointment for window tint installation (which had been confirmed via email weeks in advance). Then did not return follow up call. Based on this experience I obviously would not recommend this business.

Had my car windows tinted, had to redo and the 2nd time was worse than the first. Took it back as not happy (as l was told to do) because there looks to be cloth or tissue under the film on the drivers window and very noticeable. I was bluntly told they are done with helping me that l cant expect it to be perfect when its windy and dust in the air. He refused to replace it and made me feel very little. Your not helping me your suppose to do your job that we have paid to be done!!
