We liaise with the shipper and shipping line at the port of loading to arrange loading and shipment to Australia where we then complete the customs and quarantine clerance. Dealt with Sydney branch a few times in the past to import goods from overseas, of which the experience was good.
But this time the lady who coordinates the delivery in Sydney office is indifferent to the benefits for the clients. I was required to be charged twice for the delivery (for no communication on the estimated delivery time) and had to pay storage fees for the time wasted because of the extremely poor communication with the office! Similar to any other types of agents, please hire staff with proper communication skills and a responsible attitude toward your client’s benefits! If coordinating
