Termite Inspections & Barriers Report

Often called 'white ants' subterranean termites that can damage your home usually nest in soil or trees and can travel up to 100m to find food in the bush or in our homes. They generally eat cellulose-containing materials, especially timber. Termites can chew through the structural timbers of a house: the frames, walls, roof and floors.

Pre-purchase Pest Inspections Report

Our Pre-Purchase timber pest inspectors report on all areas of potential house purchases including the sub-floor, roof void, internal rooms and areas within 50 metres of the dwelling to the boundary lines. Our inspectors report on previous and current termite activity, past termite treatments based on evidence or paperwork presented.

I use MLC on a yearly basis for pest control. The treatments generally last at least 9 months sometimes a bit longer. Technicians are always friendly and on time. Admin/accounts team are always helpful and efficient as well.
