Just received my shed on the 22nd of December. Perfect timing to put it up Over the Christmas with having time off work. Well it would be if I received my engineering drawings on how to put my shed together. Tried calling on 22nd no answer, tried on the 23rd but they are closed until the 10th of Jan. this is ridiculous. Probably one of the easiest customers to deal with and paid in full upfront and now I can’t put my shed up.

I found Best Sheds to be a quality product and the staff who assisted me to be very professional. The kit was reasonably priced. My sales consultant was Caitlin and I found her very knowledgeable and experienced as she answered all my questions without hesitation. She is familiar with the product and the process. From the beginning right up… until the shed was delivered by their delivery driver, I was very impressed with all the staff involved. I dealt with Aaron he was absolutely amazing he answered all my questions & changed plans multiple times with me changing my mind he was always efficient in replying & was never pushy
Aaron also helped us by answering questions while we were in process of putting it up

Best sheds was by far the best we found on the market, it was even delivered a day earlier then expected & we were kept up to date with our delivery & they gave plenty of notice
We opted to erect the shed our self only downfall we had was no instructions arrived with shed & the ones on the website were a little

I initially invested a total of $500 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $6,050, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $2,500 before I can make withdrawals which I did. till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. This is very pathetic and… I felt so bad losing my investment. I did a due diligence test before investing with them but guess what I ended up getting burned. This is to create awareness, not everybody can be as lucky as I was. I'm saying this because I was able to recover

Absolutely pathetic dispatch department who ignore emails and specific instructions. When questioned become defensive and try to justify their incompetence.
The upper management obviously know about this hence the payment terms which give you no options/negotiation power at the time of delivery.
Another case of a family owned business getting too big and loosing site of the morals that got them there. A rather disappointing end to my dealings with the company that took my money over 2 months ago( over 25k) and promised the world, but when got to the final leg dropped the ball, tried to blame
