I would give zero starts if I could. I am providing much needed medical supplies in a crisis and was just after any stock that is available. The woman that answered was so rude and kept complaining about all her life issues, I have never experienced such bad customer service, I just got treated like utter rubbish. Shame on you PB pack, do a better job of training your staff.
