My wife & I built our home with Ken McKay homes and couldn't have been happier with the results. We met Ken without plans drawn but a rough idea of what we wanted. He gave us his advice which was for us to pay a drafts person to draw our plans and then he and other builders could quote the plans and we wouldn't be tied to a particular builder. It was honest advice and after getting multiple quotes on our drawn plans we went with Ken who priced in the mid to lower mid range by comparison with the other quotes. He was honest through out the whole build and kept us in the loop with everything giving

I was in desperate need of a bathroom renovation with no experience in the area or any idea where to even begin. This was a very daunting and stressful prospect until I met Ken. Ken was incredibly generous with his time explaining the basics of renovation and this was all during the quote stage with no guarantee I would commit. Throughout the renovation process Ken continued to be generous with his time and was always available to talk and explain the process to a novice. The final product was of an extremely high standard and all for a reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with the work completed

Have just had my 30 year old Bathroom, Toilet & Laundry renovated by Ken and his team. Ken suggested some additional work in the laundry which has made this room very functional. Love my new rooms, should have done them a few years ago.
