To help you find the right courier service for your needs, our door to door services are split into four categories;. All of our couriers services are coordinated through professionally staffed control rooms in all major capitals. These facilities employ up-to-the-minute communications, processing and messaging technology to track the fleet.
For volume or heavy work, either local, state or nation-wide, Allied's Taxi Truck fleet can be your 'transport department' for as long or as short a time as you need it. For one-off, heavy or oversized deliveries we can provide a cost effective hourly or kilometre rate, depending on vehicle size.

If you've got a truck off the road or you're experiencing higher-than-normal delivery demand, you can supplement or augment your own fleet through our Taxi Truck service.Service categories for taxi trucks are the same as for couriers, although, due to the smaller fleet size, availability is more of a determining factor and vehicles are normally booked ahead to avoid unnecessary delays.

Absolutely discusted with the lack of customer service with the driver Dinesh.
I had a couch delivered today and was advised by the driver that he couldn't come into the house due to Covid, I then asked for him to push it into my front door because there is no way I could lift it and he said no. After asking his name and said I would be putting in a complaint his reply was I don't care, complaint to whoever you like it's not my rules. After calling the office to place the compain they advised me that this wasn't that case at all.

Worst service ever in Sydney. Everyday I get message that my courier is out for delivery but no updates during the day. Next day same story. Got a message saying the driver is 5 km away from my place and will get the order soon and no updates after that. Even customer service are not helpful as they have much details than what we see on tracking portal. Donno why we have customer service in first place if they can't help in anything.

Item was marked ‘ PM DELIVERY today’ 3 days after ordering - fantastic. It didn’t arrive! Item was returned to ‘dock in run bay’ just after midnight that night. Now, 2 days later the ap says at 11am ‘ONBOARD FOR DELIVERY’. Fantastic. Text message at 1.18pm ‘is less than 5 km away and will be delivered shortly’ so I race home and wait…. 3.10pm phone call tells me it will be delivered between 5-7pm tonight???? Allied Delayed NOT Express. I have wasted three days waiting for my item to be delivered with no satisfaction. This company lies when questioned and it unreliable - oh I

Three occasions now where tracking shows it's Out For Delivery but nobody shows up - no updates or headsup or any communication either.
They also expect you to arrange a reattempt every time they don't turn up or else your parcel just sits there.
Kind of lost for words at this kind of pathetic customer service if you can even call it that.

The guy from Allied express who was to pick the item was rude and was using salty language towards us. He didn't even have the courtesy to apologise when he ended up in the wrong address and was blaming us for not being clear. I don't understand how businesses like these still exist in this day and age.
Worse the customer service operator did not make an attempt to stabilise the situation and rectify it. Their accountability is as bad as their service. Highly recommend you guys to avoid this service.

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of common sense and empathy applied by head office. I was prompted by text to phone to let them know we had an active Covid case in the house, to let them know to pop my delivery on the front lawn in front of the closed gate, 10metres away from my closed front door. They said that was too much of a risk for their driver, and the parcel would be taken back to depot, and to have Temple&Webster (the store I purchased from) call later in the day to reschedule. I have had a few items now, delivered by Allied Express and have found them professional with deliveries having no problems at all. A message on the phone to say it is coming on the day, and another when goods have been dropped off. I am not sure why so many bad reviews for this company. People need to remember we have had a very long lockdown period and massive demands for goods, which sometimes are not the fault of the courier services. Thank you Allied Express for very good service.

Over two weeks since I ordered. No update whatsoever, I called yesterday after hitting 2 week mark and the lady for customer service was absolutely horrible and rude, I asked for an escalation which she pretty much refused me of. Upon that today I got a message at 2:24pm checked it 5 minutes later saying the delivery was coming today (I am home) I then checked online and it said delivered, I called and the lady said it wasn’t on the truck and they marked it for delivered and “they” can’t fix that, I don’t see how this should be my issue. After receiving several messages and emails stating that my parcel was on board for delivery I had cancelled plans to make sure I was home. Of course no one showed up. The following day half of my order arrived and I arranged with the courier to have the rest of the order delivered in the late afternoon as I would not be home during the day. Today the driver called to advise that the latest he could complete the delivery was at 2pm and not later in the afternoon as agreed upon so my plans were once again stuffed around. Possibly the most unreliable, unresponsive and least assuring company. I got told my 1 bed I ordered was being delivered in three boxes at three different times despite them all being held in the depot at the same time. It has now been three weeks since I received the last of the three boxes. They delivered the second box on the second week to an incorrect address, after updating the address a week prior to the delivery (which they reassured me it was updated into their system and was going to be delivered to the new address).
