I went to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted with henne. I asked for a particular shape of eyebrows and specifically asked to keep the thickness. At first it didn't shock me but it's only when I got home that I realised my eyebrows were really thin and the shape was absolutely the opposite of what I wanted. I sent them an email to ask for a quick solution. They have never replied to my email. Very unprofessional. I ll never go back and I will never send any of my friends there.

It’s a really smart and attractive little beauty salon with great atmosphere, nice music and beautiful scent inside. I was pleased with the customer service that I've received there. I went in spontaneous to get a Brazilian waxing. Good thing, they could fit me in streight away, clean Studio and the price is great. But I definetly had better results and felt more comfortable in other studios. It felt like they fit me in and were in a rush to just get it done. The woman was starting streight away, without even asking how I want it exactly. The result was not satisfying, at all, still some hairs. But I couldn't even ask for a fixing because she packed already up, went out and said she'll meet me in the front. Wouldn't go there again.
