I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist having studied at the Academy of Hypnotic Science in Melbourne, the biggest government accredited training provider for Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Almost all smokers are aware of the health risks associated with smoking but what most people don't realise is that smoking is also a learned habit. And habits can be changed by creating new neural pathways in the brain on a subconscious level. Hypnosis also works through experiential learning, the brain and the mind experience the desired outcome in hypnosis and learn to react to stimuli differently.
A phobia is an irrational or exaggerated fear of something that may have little or no real danger or threat. Most people that have a phobia are aware of the irrational nature of the fear but have almost no control over their anxiety. Hypnotherapy accesses the underlying cause of the phobia or fear and helps to release the associated feelings or emotions so that you can learn a new response to the trigger.

Well I can't believe it but today marks 1 whole year of being smoke free!
I was so apprehensive in trying hypnotherapy but for the cost of what I was spending a week on this horrible addiction I was willing to give it a try! I had nothing to lose and heaps to gain
Nina was fantastic and I felt extremely Comfortable with her I have I loved the little tips she gave to meI really felt that helped immensely
I have not yet had the need to listen to the recording I was given and hopefully I never will!

I cannot thank Nina enough for all her support, guidance and genuine interest in wanting to help me.
I know there are many hypnotherapists out there, but what’s unique about Nina is her holistic and compassionate approach. Before I met Nina, I completed a three-session Skype hypnotherapy program. Although after the final session I thought the program had helped me, regrettably there was no lasting effect. Approximately two weeks after having the last Skype session, I was back to square one. Rather than give up on hypnotherapy all together, I decided perhaps Skype hypnotherapy was not the best

I decided to try hypnotherapy because I was suffering from elevated stress levels and history of insomnia. Nina's services enabled me to be much more relaxed during the day and my sleeping patterns have improved too! Each session was a great experience and I would recommend her services to everyone. I really enjoyed my experience with Nina. I wasn't sure what to expect with hypnotherapy but I immediately felt calm and at ease. We were able to really dig deep in a few sessions and move through issues I wanted to work on. I appreciated that she also gave me skills to use when out in the world. Highly recommended the experience.

She explained clearly what was going to happen during the session which was very reassuring!
I really loved the help for the after session. I was there to get help to quit smoking and she gave me a little goodie bag to help with possible future cravings, as well as some breathing techniques, and a recording to keep working on it at home.
So far, so good! I'm smoke and cravings free and it is a very lovely feeling.

Nina has really helped me out with some difficult issues I have had trouble dealing with alone for a long time. She creates a very comfortable environment and is amazingly understanding. I highly recommend her to anyone that is serious about improving their mental healthy in a healthy and effective way :)

My sugar addiction was out of control for many years and it was ruining my hard work in the gym. Ninas sessions make you feel so relaxed you can hit peak hour traffic on the way home and not even care. Not only have I given up binging on chocolate and fairy floss but I have lost weight and learned techniques to deal with worrying, insomnia and cravings. She has a really positive and uplifting energy about her...I would highly recommend this!
