I've visited multiple times for regular services and repairs on my cars. Every single time I've walked away absolutely beaming due to the quality of their service, how close-knit and friendly the team are, and their more than fair pricing. Outstanding service. Took my car in as it had a flat tyre and they replaced the valve but couldn't find a puncture so didn't charge me. They even came and picked me up from home (Grovedale) when my car was ready. Previously, I had also taken my car in for a routine service as I thought it was due. As I hadn't been driving it due to Covid, they said it had another 8000km before it needed a service. They gave it a quick check over anyway to make sure it didn't need a service and again, didn't charge me. It is refreshing to come across a personal service who care about their customers and aren't just

I couldn't be happier with the roadside service from Shaun today.
He was such a lovely young man, explained things to me so I knew what was going on with the car after breaking down this morning.
Followed me home incase I got stuck, ordered the parts and came back and got the car back on the road.
A hugh thank you to all the staff at Always there automotive, you run your business true to its name.
If you need a mechanic, do yourself a favour and call this business.
I could only give 5 stars however, they deserve 10/10.

The engine on my VW Tiguan was misfiring and I could not get back to Melbourne safely after the long weekend. Every other mechanic in Torquay was busy so someone recommended Always There. I pulled up unannounced and was greeted warmly by Carmen in the office. She arranged for Phil to have a look at it straight away. He was able to replace a spark plug and cylinder coil within less than one hour. Fabulous customer service, thank you for being there for me today. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I have a really good experience about customer service ,friendly , happy and helpful, however I couldn't have the job done because I was in a hurry but some friends have experience this mechanic shop Previously and the highly recommended .
Next time I will visit them to have some mechanic service done.👍🏽

I used ‘Always There’ for the first time and after the unbelievable service I just received I would not go anywhere else in future. From the reception staff to the mechanic nothing was a hassle. Was a bonus that they came to me rather than worrying about getting my vehicle to a workshop! I thoroughly recommend this mobile mechanic business over any going around in Geelong.

Great service, the guys/girls are always friendly and their pricing is great.
I've had my car serviced and also taken it back to have front and back brake pads/rotors replaced. Always give good advice and recommendations regarding any issues. Will be taking my car back here for all services and repairs. Finding a good mechanic is a pain so I am glad I have found them.
