Our studio is a place where you can find yourself, be yourself, make friends, discover your inner courage and realise a happier and healthier life.
Whether burlesque, pole, hip hop, ballet, contemporary, tap or stretch classes take your fancy, we'd love to welcome you in to our community (we like to call it our Beach Fit family). I came to Beach Fit dance with absolutely no experience. I was welcomed with open arms and was made to feel comfortable in class as a man new to dancing.

Services
If you sign up for the 12 week term, you are eligible to pay off your fees weekly and get a discounted rate! Go to the "store" Choose "membership" FIRST then after you've purchased your desired membership, THEN go to "enrolments" and add the classes you want. Facebook message, call or text with questions or to book in for a private lesson or Hens Day/Team Bonding session etc.
Beach Fit Dance's Pole Fitness / Pole Dance classes are totally different to any other pole dance class you will find in Newcastle. This is due to the fact our Newcastle pole classes are based around fitness. Forget the stilletto's, excessive leather and pole grinding! If your looking for grinding you should check out our adult burlesque dance classes.
Beach Fit Dance's Adult Dance classes are totally different to any other class you will find in Newcastle. This is due to our dance classes being designed for adults of all ages and all levels. We don't have exams but we do have an optional end of year concert. At Beach Fit Dance we want you to be the best dancer you can but you don't have to be perfect.
Beach Fit Dance's Adult Ballet dance classes are a blend of steps, poses and graceful movements encouraging technique, movement flow and fun. Our Adult Ballet dance is inspiring to watch and feels just as enchanting and fun as it looks. What's better you don't need any dance experience to start and if you have danced, just not in the last 10 years, even better.
Floorplay - Unleash your inner sexy don't feel like you have any? We'll help you bring it out!. Rolling around the floor, clacking your 8 inch Pleaser shoes, twerking and head rolling are just some of the fun moves you'll do in this class. Burlesque - More sensual and jazzy rather than exotic, this class is suitable for all ages as most of it is standing, not rolling on the floor like our Floorplay class.
