During this year of uncertainty and despair, we are so grateful to Jules and her team for the compassion, understanding, professionalism and excellent communication shown to us. We booked through Fiji Island holidays for our wedding and were instantly very impressed with Jules and the team. Particularly with how responsive and professional they were with us and our guests. Sadly did to COVID-19 we were forced to postpone and then ultimately cancel the wedding. Jules was extremely helpful in laying out all the options for us and working hard to liaise with the resort and sort out an appropriate course of action. This was all done during a time of high job uncertainty, reduced working hours and loss of staff from Fiji Islands.

We recently used Sandra at Fiji Island Holidays and couldn't be happier with the excellent service. Sandra was always available to answer questions and was very prompt with returning calls and emails. She has a vast wealth of knowledge with regards to the resorts and was able to suggest various resorts for us to look at. It was so nice having someone arrange the holiday and transfers for us, given we don't have time to do it ourselves. We will be back next year to book our next holiday through Sandra. We recently booked a family holiday using Jules at Fiji Island Holidays.
We had a lot of requirements for a family of 8 adults and 3 small children and one adult with mobility difficulties.
After a few conversations with Jules, and looking at the various options, we decided on Nanuku Resort on the mainland. Mainly because of the mobility difficulties of accessing the islands as well as accessibility on the islands.
The types of accommodation was also very important to us as we wanted more than hotel rooms, and an option to self-cater

We recently took our second Fiji Holiday that we booked through Fiji Island Holidays. Our holiday was amazing...of course! But Jules and the team were really helpful in finding the type of holiday we were looking for to suit our family. Not only that but I realised 2 days before we left that my passport was about to expire. Jules turned a stessful moment into "not a problem" and after a dash to the passport office she updated all that needed and made sure we got on the plane. Thanks Jules;)

This company is completely unprofessional. Told us about the amazing packages they had. $500 deposit was all they needed. After signing with them, only to find out the resort contract is different and requires half up front. Which they should know if they have “40 years experience in this business”. Totally is lacking. Complete letdown by this company. Avoid at all costs. Never again will I use this company.
