The worst company to deal with. Terrible customer service. They were 5 weeks late on delivering and couldn't tell us why, changed our install date 3 times. We are still waiting for the manager to call us back from Xmas eve and then they expect us to pay 1 day after the job was finally done, I don't think so. Do not use this company ever.

Brad our sales rep was personable and lovely to deal with, Moose, who did our installation, did a fantastic job and the reception team, were always a pleasure to deal with and they were the only blind company, that actually answered our call!! The blinds themselves are sturdy, very stylish and offer great privacy. We are so happy and comfortable sitting in our very comfy, weather & insect free patio area. I have just replaced our old sectional panel door with a new Gryphon door. From the time Brett came to measure up to Rex finishing the installation I was not let down or disappointed in any way. The door operates beautifully and is so quiet compared to the dinosaur it replaced. Well done Gryphon. I particularly like the remote access and the benefits of installing the security camera as I can keep an eye on my home.

From initial phone call to installation was easy
Brad helped me get my lovely wife to make a final decision on style easier than I could have done.
Explained price and even warned against credit card payment surcharge.
Was honest with timeline and was installed when agreed upon.
2 x remotes (mini ones) worked upon arrival and big one didn't but one text and was rang straight away by Brad and fixed within 30 seconds Max.

Last year i rang for a quote from Gryphon for a new double garage door. The guy told me they were not interested in my business because i only wanted to spend $3000 on the door. He said he would not bother quoting for me because of the small amount of money i budgeted for. Never ever again will I call these people - I am now looking for an outdoor awning, BUT Gryphon will definately not be asked to quote.

We were given contacts at four garage door companies & had three of them quote. The customer service from Brett was in another league to the others, so we had no hesitation in going with Gryphon. Brett arrived within one day of initial contact & provided a comprehensive measure & quote. Nothing was too much trouble. He even made a second call-out to ensure that the colour match was in keeping with our Strata conditions. The installation process also was very professionally handled by Rex. Our 1st Gryphon door was 30 years old, still fully working, but we renovated our house, so needed an upgrade. Called into Gryphon in the morning, that afternoon they came, quoted & we chose our new door. Installers did a great job, installing before the time frame allowed. Would definitely recommend to others.

Delivery and fitting of my new garage door was exactly as stated in the contract.
The person fitting the door Rex was efficient and left my garage tidy ,he also took time to make sure I understood the workings and maintenance of my new door.
