Business sponsorship including subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) and Temporary Skill Shortage Visa Subclass 482. Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) merits review of adverse decisions such as nomination or visa refusals. We are honest in our assessment of application prospects and make every effort to ensure potential clients understand their case before proceeding.
Although it has the designation of subclass 482 visa the Department of Home Affairs refer to this visa as the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa. The TSS visa was introduced as a replacement to the long standing subclass 457 Temporary Skilled Work visa program. If you hold a 457 application it will remain in effect until the date of expiry.
It replaces the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) visa subclass 187. The Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional visa allows skilled workers to be sponsored by an Australian employer in a designated regional area for up to five years. To be eligible to apply for the 494 visa, employer sponsors and visa applicants must meet certain eligibility criteria.
Under the 457 visa (closed to new applications) and TSS Visa program, Australian businesses that are approved as Standard Business Sponsors are subject to sponsor obligations. Sponsor monitoring occurs when the Department of Home Affairs conducts visits or inspections on the approved sponsor's business.
Subclass 820 Provisional Partner Visa / Subclass 801 Permanent Partner Visa (for applicants who apply while they are inside Australia). Offshore Subclass 309 Provisional Partner Visa / Subclass 100 Permanent Partner Visa (for applicants who apply while they are outside Australia). Prospective Marriage Visa Subclass 300 (Fiancee Visa) - Note this visa can only be lodged by applicants while they are outside Australia.

My previous visa situation was under subclass 187 refusal and needed to appeal. One of my friend introduced me GW migrants as a choice of a trusted lawyer, and so true! My son and I were granted our Regional Sponsored Migration Visas last week and would like to take this opportunity to express our sincerest gratitude for all the guidance and hard work that Glenn put in to our not so straight forward case.
