First time customer at Pen and absolutely blown away by their quality and professionalism. My order was a small one for a private birthday picnic. No reluctance at all to deliver on a weekend and the order arrival was punctual and in perfect condition. I even asked to make a last minute change and Ray accommodated my request so amiably. Food was freshly made and tasted great. Thanks for making my birthday celebrations a big hit!

Highly recommend PEN Catering in these current times. Above Specsavers at Neutral Bay they’ve started a pop-up grocery store. As a germophobe and being aware of the need to support small businesses, I go here… instead of the major supermarkets. It is not only much cleaner, but the staff are so helpful and friendly. The fruit and veg are superior in quality to Harris Farm. Their home cooked meals and baked goods are absolutely delicious. I’m ecstatic that my extremely fussy eating son loves their food!

We have used Pen Catering for over a number of years now and have loved every second of it. We’ve worked closely with Ray, Josephine and the team and can confirm that their professionalism and punctuality is second to none. Due to the nature of our business, we have a lot of last-minute orders and Pen have always been able to deliver or help work something out! We highly recommend anything on their delicious catering menu. They take time and care when preparing all the food and their staff members are absolutely lovely. Cannot recommend Pen Catering enough!

We have been using PEN Catering for the last couple of months for corporate catering purposes. Food is amazingly delicious and freshly made! PEN Catering are always SO easy to deal with and always help me with quantity of food depending on how many people I am catering for and are great for giving me options to choose from. The orders are always on time and even the hot food stayed warm for a while. PEN is definitely my go to for all of my work functions. Josephine is great and even hand delivered my order once just to say hi.

The team at Pen Catering are professional, hard working and very helpful. Their products are consistently high quality, presented well and delivered as requested. This is a pretty solid cafe in Pyrmont; surrounded unfortunately by astounding cafes.
I had a decent go at this place as it is attached to the building that one of the offices I used to work at occupies - So I was here often.
Whilst the coffee here is good (not great), and they do a mean BBQ bacon and egg roll (on a toasted ciabatta it was great!), there's just an ambience about this place that never let's you feel comfortable. The staff aren't rude per se, but they do have a somewhat aloof attitude (like you aren't their first priority). The space itself isn't as immaculate

Thank you Pen. You have catered many a work lunch for me but today I decide to make an effort and come to you.
I stretch the legs and head to the Pen Cafe on the corner of Pyrmont Bridge road and Pyrmont Street in Pyrmont. I've missed my morning caffeine hit so accommodate that first of all. The coffee is pretty good here.
I've sampled plenty of the sandwiches on offer during my catered work lunches and decide to go with the club sandwich today. As usual it hits the spot.
It's located on the street level of an old converted warehouse and it's a pretty cool place. Well worth
