Dayna. What can we say about you! All the phone calls and text messages that were sent back and forth and all the changes we made as we went along, yet you made it all happen. All the help you gave us picking out the wood we wanted, the door knobs and handles, the glass, the different stain til we found the one we wanted we couldn’t have been happier working with you. Thank you.

I originally went to Rick's to get them to simply make me 2 cabinet doors ready for glass panels to get put in somewhere else. I was told to leave it with them for the day.
Came back 2 days later, and nothing had been done. Was asked to speak with the owner Rick over the phone. During that call, I was insulted with him asking if I was a carpenter (asking about what I had built so far). I said no, and he said it shows.
He said leave it with them another day, and a full 7 days later, after not getting any calls returned, price quotes, or time estimations, I had enough and just picked up what I

Over the summer of 2018 my wife and I planned our kitchen/family room renovation with Ricks Custom Cabinets.
The advice and support we received was top notch.
The project started when promised and was completed when promised. Rick and his staff were able to find the best solutions to unexpected glitches.
The final result was nothing short of excellent! We are very happy with our new room and all of the features. The quality of the work is the best. We highly recommend Ricks.

Set up meeting. They were a no show so, called and did show up later.
Met with them today, awesome guy and have done what 4 other contractors could not do: make a working plan of my kitchen without knocking down walls or add ons to house. My house was built in the 1920's so small and weird and he made an amazing layout for the kitchen and added a bath to the same space.

We've used Rick's Custom Cabinets to renovate the kitchens and five bathrooms in two different homes over the last 10 years. They've also constructed and installed an entertainment centre and bedroom closet/shelves for us. We have found their work to be of the highest quality, well designed and very functional. Thank-you to Rick's Custom Cabinets for building me beautiful cabinets for my dream kitchen. The result is stunningly beautiful but the functionality of my kitchen is just as impressive.
