Pros: Location and pricing was ok
Cons: Place was dusty/unclean (bedroom and couch).
Carpark need keys to exit so you need to move your car then run up to leave the keys in the room upon check out.
Central location but next to the main road and opposite a 24hour Mcdonalds.
Place was aged, building front door was partially shattered, intercom system didnt work and not aware of any facilities in the building.

The accommodation is not at the address advertised. The photos shown on the website are not always (if ever) of the accommodation provided.
Even though there is a lift to the level with the front door, this door does not open onto any living area. As soon as you enter the front door, you have to climb a steep narrow staircase to the bedroom and then climb another staircase to the living area. The accommodation is 100% *not* suitable for anyone with the slightest mobility issue.
There is no heating or cooling in the bedroom whatsoever. There is a window, but it only opens a few centimetres. The

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was hugh, full kitchen, big lounge dinner and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit tired but clean, plently of secure parking underneath. In particular we found the location excellent. Two streets over from Lonsdale st and a big shopping centre. We are both 70 and found no difficulty getting everywhere on foot. Also want to comment on Emma her went great pains to send us an adaptor we left there which wouldhave cost us $80 to replace. Would definately stay again.
