Paul commenced his real estate career in Canberra in 1986 after 20 years in the Public Service and started his own business in 1990. He moved to the Gold Coast in 2002 and joined Mona Kennedy Realty in 2005. He became the sole owner following Monas retirement in approx. 2008. Apart from being Principal of Chevron Realty Paul is also a licensed Real Estate agent and Auctioneer of some 30 years standing.

Do NOT deal with these completely unprofessional poor excuse for human beings!!! I booked an inspection at 4pm the day prior for a inspection at a property in Hanlan Street in Surfers Paradise at 11am. Both myself and My partner took a day off work to inspect this property with no pay!!! We arrived at the property 15mins prior to the inspection. They didn’t turn up at all and when I rang them, they said we left a message at 10:30am on my voicemail saying the property is not available!! To say I was annoyed was an understatement!! They didn’t even offer any alternative!! Do not deal with these

Very terrible agency. When we vacate, they recommend expensive bond cleaner. If we not follow and arrange by own- they not satisfy. Even they not give the feedback, but sending the other bond cleaning bill. If we ask the question for clarification, they not give the proper answer for our question and straight away lodge complaints at QCAT. So, tenants be alert.

I just recently signed a lease with Chevron Realty and Fraser Coop was outstandingly professional yet mwah very laid back so it made it personal and made the experience a lot less stressful and for that I am extremely impressed.
The only thing I would say, is that there have been needing some repairs to the property since day 1. We have been notifying the agent, and things have usually been fixed within a couple of working days.
