Used this company back when I lived in New Bothwell years ago. I was pleased to find their business card as I was doing some spring cleaning and it gave me a good chuckle. I remember this business being quick and thorough and very friendly. Should I find myself owning a septic system again, I know I’ll be calling these guys to collect my deposits!

Mel's Septic Service Really is the #one in the #two business. Rick is a super business owner and has amazing customer service. He went way out of his way at a ridiculous hour in the night to help us in an emergency situation with no hesitation. He didnt just pump and go... he really took the time to make sure our system was left washed and very clean and functional after we had a bad case of septic pump failure.
With no hesitation I would recommend their service to anyone. As a builder I've seen many cases of careless work and we usually are left with a 'that's as good as I could do' attitude
