The service in this salon is outstanding.
I have been going to this salon for more than 5 years and have found it to have consistent high levels of service, the staff are friendly, professional and always do an amazing job.
The salon is clean, staff attentive and appointments are on time.
With reasonable prices and highly skilled stylists I highly recommend this for men and women of all ages.

I went here a couple months ago and was really unsatisfied with the results. Paid over $170 for my hair to look basically the exact same and felt like the hairstylist didn't really care about what I wanted and just did what they wanted to do.
EDIT in response to reply: To clarify, I was unsatisfied with the results immediately after, but only decided to leave a review a few months later. I don't recall the name of the particular hairdresser and would rather not contact the salon again as I'd rather go elsewhere.

Incredibly happy with my first experience at Unique Hairdressing! Sarah was polite and welcoming from the get go, was incredibly professional and considerate.
She was precise with her work, and would check even-ness after. She would explain what she was doing and using. I am very happy with my wash, cut, and blow dry and my hair feels amazing!
Very impressive service for such a reasonable price, they also gifted me a $10 gift card. I'll definitely be back!
Other salons in the area simply do not compare.

Was very apprehensive about going to a new salon in a new area. I went in 2 days before my appointment and met Sera who took the time to have a quick chat about what I wanted. The day of my appointment she went through all my options and listened to what I wanted and advised the best way to proceed. She is amazing! I am so happy with the outcome and how stress free the whole process was. Definitely be going back to Sera again!!!! Thanks so much.

Very happy with the service I received today.
I’ve recently moved and had to find a new hairdresser. Choose this salon from other reviews. My last hair was a hatchet job which needed sorting out. The big win was the fact Sera took the time to listen then gave me the exact cut I was after. The cost was very reasonable also. I will definitely be returning.

I have been going to this salon for so many years, and the care they take for my hair is incredible! I have been here a few times and with different stylists, and have always had positive experiences. Everyone is friendly and attentive, and takes their time making sure they understand what you want done, getting second opinions from the other stylists to make sure they know exactly how to achieve what you're after.
Sophy did a great job of turning my ginger hair with a lot of light brown regrowth into a nicely blended all-over copper.
Pricing is pretty reasonable too, maybe not the cheapest in Burwood but cheaper than many other similar quality salons I've tried in Burwood and in CBD.

Hello all potential anxiety ridden " just moved to a new area and need a new hairdresser" well look no further! I researched all the local salons in Burwood... this place had the best reviews by a long shot... Sarah who answered the phone got me in the same day aaand made me feel very much at ease.. even though Sarah was young enough to be my daughter.. she possessed a quiet confidence about herself.. letting me know every detail of what stage with my hair she was up to.. I had my long, thick, thick curly hair cut and styled short (curly pixie-type cut), by Vanessa. She did such a fantastic job and was very professional about the approach, as it was a drastic cut, and the fact she asked her boss to double check method, made me trust her even more, great job. Even my husband loves my hair this way (and he's all about 'must have long hair'!), plus all my friends LOVE it! I definitely recommend the expertise of the Unique Hairdressing team :)

Recently cut my long hair to a pixie cut and SO happy with the result - Peter made me feel completely at ease and talked me through the process to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
As well as that the cut was more than half the price of other places I had asked - such good prices for the quality they offer. Will definitely be going back!
