Rethink Laser Tattoo Removal clinic is an Australian owned, family run business established in 2008. We recognised there was an undeniable need for a specialist laser tattoo removal practice on the Gold Coast. Our business philosophy is simple and that is to, remove tattoos safely and effectively at affordable rates, utilising the latest technology, the Quanta Q Plus C Evo.
At the time of your free consultation, we learn about you, your tattoo and confidential medical history. We identify your skin type and any issues that might affect your immune system. We then evaluate the size, location, colours and ink density of your tattoo, this will then allow us to estimate how many sessions will be necessary to achieve either fading of your tattoo or complete removal.
We prefer to be honest and tell it exactly how it is. Yes it hurts! Everyone we treat is different and certain areas on the body are more sensitive than others, most people describe it as a hot rubber band flicking your skin. As we have been through the process ourselves we are dedicated to providing the best possible pain management and that is why we use a Cryotherapy chiller which blows -35 degree cold air onto the treatment area.

I had laser tattoo removal with Michelle, I ended up getting 3 removed rather than just the 1 I booked in. Michelle is very friendly, lovely and she made me feel comfortable and explained the process thoroughly; also lovely to chat to in general. I’ve never had it done before so I suggest numbing cream. Was a quick process.

Michelle was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very low pain compared to previous sessions I had in another studio. She explained to me that going slower is the trick to feel less pain. I found that in other clinics they tend to go faster because they do not care about people's experiences but just money.
She genuinely care about her clients and makes them comfortable as much as possible.
I had a GREAT experience and definitely go back :)

Right from my first enquiry to my first session, Michelle was so accommodating to my anxiety! She took the time to let my nerves settle, had a genuine conversation and made me feel so comfortable. The process of tattoo removal was as pleasant as lasers shattering ink under the skin can be! Michelle kept the chat going and I just really enjoyed meeting her and having my tattoos removed by her. 110% recommend for anyone nervous about the process, or who’s had a negative experience in the past. I had my first laser tattoo removal appointment with Michelle today. She was very lovely and professional while making me feel at ease, the treatment didn’t hurt at all which I was pleasantly surprised with. Michelle explained the whole procedure to me and what to expect post treatment. I am looking forward to removing my tattoos and I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Love rethink laser removal! So glad I switched from my previous laser tattoo removalist. The machines are high quality, not Chinese or cheap machines. She does a good job! Can notice a more effective job with Michelle already as opposed to the other one I use to use! Thank you Michelle! :)
