Back then we were operating out of our family garage providing families and local builders with a select but quality range of tiles. As Canberra grew so did we. We witnessed an amazing evolution of our nation's capital and saw our backyard business turn into a major retail and wholesale operation.

Ordered tiles and 2 mixers from here. Some tiles arrived the wrong size, others arrived broken.
We returned 1 mixer as we ordered the wrong specifications, our fault yes, but we contacted twice about the return before taking it back and all was well. When we arrive at the store we are told we cannot return it due to it being a 'special order'. We are then told that we can return it but will have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. We selected this item out of a catalogue they provided us in store and this is the first time any of these terms were mentioned.
