Envisage clinic was founded by Dr Christopher Leat on the Gold Coast in 1995. At that time, cosmetic treatments were less advanced and there were fewer options available. Anti-wrinkle injections had just been introduced and there were few modern dermal filler options available. Dr Leat had already used Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) since its arrival in Australia a year or 2 earlier.
In addition to medical doctor's prescription skin care and drugs, and prescription compounded products, tailored to the individual's requirements, Envisage Clinic also offers premium high quality Australian made skin care and mineral make ups, and the right dermal advice so that you are assured you are using the correct skin care.

Had IPL done on my face and chest. When getting done they said call back in for a touch up on areas missed. When I went back in for my touch up the customer service was very different and they only touched up my face and said I would have to rebook to touch up my chest and there may be a cost. If I don't hear from them then no cost ( sms text to confirm booking 2 days prior and a phone call from them to confirm booking ), 1 hour out from my appointment ( had a week to call me ) to get my chest touched up they said it will cost me $190 to have it redone. I explained it was a touch up on the areas

I highly recommend Envisage Cosmetic Clinic. I’d been wanting a cosmelan peel for awhile and had researched about this treatment myself. I have been going to Envisage since they opened, along the way I tried a couple of other places that didn’t even come close to the service and care that I receive from all the girls regardless of treatment.
I mostly see Janet and never have to tell her what I need, Janet’s keen eye for symmetry guides my treatment and I have never been “over done”. I will never go anywhere else and refer clients regularly 🤩

My absolute hands down favourite clinic on the Gold Coast for injectables and dermal therapy. Super results driven clinic and I’ve always been extremely happy with every visit. Wish there were more stars to give. Love this place! So happy with my injectables, Natalie is so lovely and amazing at what she does. Have also started going here for my laser and Sheridan is just lovely, I have already seen better results than where i was going prior. The girls on the desk are so welcoming, genuine and friendly. I highly reccomend Envisage to anyone.

Natalie is wonderful but unfortunately I had cool sculpturing done and have been left with what looks like growths on my abdomen. I asked if this could be fixed. I was told I will speak to my manager and get back to you. This happened 3 times. 12 months later no one ever got back to me. I have moved onto the Lotus Clinic to correct this. It would be interesting to see if others have had disasters with cool sculpting from Envisage
