Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience with Ideal Roofing. The work carried out was not according to the design we had discussed, resulting in only half the skylights being installed. The contract lacked detail, and when I called to confirm details I was promised everything was according to what we discussed. No sketch of the design was provided despite being told it would.
When I raised the issue, Ideal did not seem willing to re-negotiate on labour or price. Instead, they ‘double-downed’ and said they completed the work according to the contract, knowing full well the contract

This company is amazing. We didn’t use them for the roof replacement due to some issues with our tiles and insurance roof repair. However I can only say wonderful things about this company and their team. They provided an amazing service and fantastic attention to detail. Despite us not using their services they provided a detailed report and attended our home several times to Inspect!! I would definitely recommend them!! Thank you everyone.

Absolutely fantastic company !!!! Ideal Roofing recently replaced my tiled roof with a beautiful white Colorbond roof. The whole process was extremely easy, from getting a quote to the actual work being done. After contacting numerous roofing companies I contacted Ideal Roofing. Phil arrived on the day and time agreed spent a great deal of time on our existing roof. He was very professional which was a pleasant surprise as many of the previous roofing companies representatives I had met with did not even have a ladder nor did they climb on our existing roof.
