Purchased a chandelier on 15/6/20 that claimed it was ‘In Stock’ on their website, received a phone call a couple of days later informing me that in fact it wasnt in stock and would be a 4 week wait. After 4 weeks received a call saying it would be a further 4 weeks. Again a month later received a call saying it’d be a further 2 weeks. Waited 2… weeks and did not receive item or call, waited a further week and decided to call them only to be informed it would be another 4 weeks. From an item claiming to be in stock to then have to wait 3 months to be told I’d have

I needed some exhaust fans in a hurry, and asked Michael to price match, which he did. He then went out of his way to arrange for the fans to come from Melbourne, and was completely honest about freight times. I will be shopping with these guys in future for any and all lights we need. Great service.

Defected item received. Michael and Ara were rude and condescending. Apparently all stock from the manufacturer come with defects according to Michael and I was just not an understanding customer. I called the… manufacturer directly who stated their products did not come with any defects. Online lighting offered a $16 postage refund for a $80+ item. The manufacturer , who did not even sell me the item, has already sent a replacement. Ara stated he did not understand my complaint or why I was making one nor did I receive a response to my last email I sent calling Michael out on his lying

Misleading photos of products on website. Carl was aggressive over phone and spoke down to me. Tried very hard to make a resolution and the won’t. Asked for a consumer refund as all products still in original condition in box as unable to use due to incorrect website display information and was declined. Will be taking to fair trade.
