I made a booking for carpet cleaning and they told me that they will call me back to tell me what particular time they are coming, but they didn’t. I called them several times that week and they kept on telling me the same thing. They still did not phone me back. After a week, unsure if they will come, I made a booking with another carpet cleaning specialist and they made my booking fast and easy.
McEwans, you were not like this before, how come? You must do something about your booking process or you’ll lose regular customers.

I called them for carpet cleaning today and they said we they ll do it and ask money advance which is i paid them .i went home and check they did dirtiest job ever .carpet was not clean at all .i rang them and ask to come again but they were so rude and said No
