Universal Constructions is a member of the Master Builders Association of WA and is a Registered Building Contractor in Western Australia. Universal Constructions has a strong commitment to Quality Products and operates and reviews its own Internal Quality Assurance systems.

The company was first established by McKenzie Mitchell (Mac) in 1952. In 1963, McKenzie's son John became a stakeholder of the company where he remains to this present day, leading company operations as Director.

Construction was completed across the road from our house. A survey was done before it started to inspect our newly built home. Once construction was completed it took months for someone to just respond to my email. Universal kept referring me to encompass but they were even more useless at responding. The construction affected our property, and it got worse over time. And now they are just ignoring my emails. Unprofessional, unreliable and you can't trust them to take responsibility if damages were caused by heavy machinery during construction. What's the bloody point of inspecting the properties
