We take the time to understand the cause of your pain, as this is essential to providing you with the most appropriate treatment plan. Most people experience some kind of musculoskeletal pain at some point in their lives. For some, the pain may be minor and subside on its own after a couple of days, while for others, it may be excruciating and affect their daily living.

OsteoLife believe in a gentle approach to osteopathy, utilising hands-on manipulation to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues. With osteopathy, patients can experience decreased muscle tension, improved motion and increased blood circulation, allowing the body to recover from injury or pain.
Services
OsteoLife offers the highest quality of Osteopathic treatment and care. Understanding the cause of your pain is essential to providing you with the most appropriate treatment plan. We know it is all about getting you back to your normal activities. We therefore help you to put together and follow a management plan that is suitable for your recovery.
At OsteoLife, we provide personalised osteopathic treatment and care to individuals of all ages - babies, children, expectant mothers, and anyone else who is suffering from musculoskeletal conditions. Our patients come from the surrounding area of Elizabeth Bay, Double Bay, Point Piper, Darlinghurst, Rushcutters Bay to name a few.
Most of us will probably suffer from lower back pain at some stage during our lives. Lower back pain can be described as either acute when lasting for up to 3 months, or chronic when the pain persists beyond that time. A common symptom that indicates the need for treatment is severe, aching or stabbing back pain that you may experience after lifting or carrying a heavy object, performing a sudden movement and during or after a sporting activity.
Neck pain is a common condition that most people suffer from at some point in their life. Generally, the episodes of neck pain are due to muscle strain or soft tissue sprain (ligaments, tendons). When the pain is present for up to 3 months, it is called acute. However, when it persists longer, the condition is then chronic.
Pregnancy is a very special time for an expectant mother. During pregnancy, your body undergoes major changes and in order to adapt to these, a hormone called relaxing is released. Relaxin allows the ligaments throughout your body to soften and stretch, helping your body adapt as your baby grows inside you.

I've been seeing Valerie for about a year now and to say she is a miracle worker is and understatement. As someone that has 2 chronic illnesses and that lives in constant chronic pain, I was literally at my whits end until it was suggested I seek out the services of an Osteo. She was the first that come up on Google that was local to me, and I didn't really have much in the way of expectations truth be told.
From the first time meeting her she was a breath of fresh air. Immediately warm and welcoming, she took the time to go thru my medical history and to also get to know me. From that first appointment

Valerie is a master of her craft. I don’t how she fix my body’s muscle stress, spasms and upper back pain, but she did. All without any crunching or chiropractic moves, just the right pressure in the right places. It was a very personal experience and I’ll be back again - highly recommend OsteoLife!

I highly recommend Valerie and OsteoLife. Valerie is so capable and you know you're in professional hands straight away, and with somebody who is really uplifting! My back was in a lot of discomfort and Valerie really helped ease the pain and taught me about my body and where the problems were. She even gave me a print-out of exercises to take away. Valerie's a shining example of somebody experienced and passionate about how she can help :)

I had an ongoing rib injury that kept getting in the way of my pilates and gym training. I was told by my studio to try Valarie at OsteoLife. She was incredible, who would have though a technique so gentle would realign and heal me within weeks. I was so impressed. Thank you Valarie!! I'll be doing more sessions for other parts of my body.

Valerie is amazing. I was having terrible tension headaches as a result of an existing injury, which she was able to release in a single session. We are now making progress on the lower back issue that caused all the problems in the first place. She's very intuitive and listens carefully. I highly recommend her!!

I have seen Valerie for the last two years and she is an incredible person both on her personal and professional skills ; always arranging her schedule for her patients, and doing serious follow up. The last comment from Allan Labielle, from Rencontres Autour Du Monde is just incredible as this person is known for pretending his banks cards are not working and never come back to pay the bills ; screwing another french person while you traveling is a great way to give the best of your country overseas.
