Stephens Jewellers
Stephens Jewellers is a family-based business established in Shepparton, Victoria in 1994 by Stephen and Michelle Schneider, who are still actively involved in the business. However, the roots of the business go back three generations. Michelle's Grandfather Arthur Gerrard, a watch maker by trade, established Gerrard's the Jewellers - one of Shepparton's first jewellery stores - in 1951.

Stephen & Michelle originally traded as Shepparton Showcase Jewellers, and have established the business as a destination in the Goulburn Valley over a period of 20 years. In 1997 they opened their second store at Shepparton Marketplace, a busy 7-day shopping destination. Stephen has travelled extensively internationally and participated in extensive technical training to build an in-depth knowledge of diamonds and precious stones.

Went back twice to exchange a chain the staff were excellent very patient while I found what I wanted. I would definitely recommend the Echuca store the only one I have been to will return again. Thank you so much to Stephens Jewellers for their very quick service they provided to us - they came through with our rings with extreme short notice.

Each culture has their own method to signify that a marriage has taken place, from adorning themselves with coloured powders, to wearing specific necklaces and rings. Rings have been adopted by most cultures around the world today. The wedding band originates from the time of the Ancient Egyptians.

Regarding my previous review about one of the staff, i Just received a call from Stephen the owner of stephen's jewelery, he apologizes for his staff's unacceptable behavior/attitude. And off course i accepted his apologizes no doubt. But one thing that is extraordinary as a jewelry shop owner who has several branches in Shepparton sincerely apologizes, it's really the soul of a knight, the soul of a winner is in him👏👍. instead I feel respect, so do not hesitate to come to their store and buy their product. the owner is very professional and very low profile, and their manager Frank as well

Shop 24/110 Benalla Rd, Shepparton VIC 3630 Last week my wife went into view eternity rings. There was an older woman and a young woman. Note this was a Bona Fide request as we have been looking for an eternity ring for a while. My wife found the staff disinterested, lacking knowledge, manners the whole experience was underwhealming. The shop was empty therefore it wasn't due to being preoccupied. I just feel sorry for the owner, you don't put the effort into modelling a presentable shop buy stock worth round the $2 million mark to employ staff to treat customers as bothersome. Best of luck your
