Best avoid these ppl and the Haval brand like the plague, brand new $37000.00 car problems from day 1, back to be "fixed" still not right only explanation given was that's "it's Australian roads" why sell the car in Australia then, lies from salesman, unanswered enquiries, Haval Australia aren't any better, should of listened to the ppl that warned me off the brand and this dealership, if I could afford to I'd burn the car or park out the front with a "special" paint job, worst experience ever

Big thank you to Peter, Nathan & Dean. We bought our Jolin Haval during lockdown. The team were amazing. Delivered our new car to us, as we could not travel. Nothing was a trouble. How refreshing it was to deal with Country Autos Tamworth, we had to purchase a used vehicle sight unseen from Coffs Harbour. In the past we have always purchased from Sydney and had a few horrid experiences. From the outset I felt very comfortable dealing with Rodney in sales. You can tell when someone is honest and upfront with you and Rodney proved that all through the transaction, he went above and beyond what he had to do, nothing was too much trouble, he even offered to drive the car to Coffs if I had a problem picking it up!!!. They have a large workshop on site and ensured the car was serviced

Test drove H6 on Saturday ordered car on Tuesday received phone call Thursday to say car was here. Picked up car on Saturday. Awesome people, awesome service and in fact such a painless experience all around. The best part was I jokingly said I wanted a ribbon on car for delivery and Yes to mine and our granddaughters delight the car had a ribbon when we took delivery of the car . Nothing was difficult - even with us bringing suitcases in to see which model best suited our traveling needs, us changing our minds on what model to test drive initially. Staff we found to be understanding, knowledgeable
