Services
7 mouth-watering wedding packages to choose from the below banquet or canape packages or customize any package to suit your special day. Bite sized finger food can be served by our waitstaff to your guests, with the option of a grazing table. Additional charges apply on top of packages, if extra equipment is required at your venue, such as ovens, cool rooms, cooking appliances, cutlery, plates, glasses, table cloths, napkins, bins, etc.
Dryridge Estate is a boutique vineyard and wedding venue destination, nestled deep in the Megalong Valley. Surrounded by towering sandstone escarpments and offering some of the regions most outstanding scenery, Dryridge Estate weddings are a 'choose your own adventure' style, where the bride and groom can create their dream wedding from a blank canvas.

My husband and I used Hangree last week for our wedding and I couldn't speak any higher of their business. The food was exceptional, no one went home hungry and we loved the vast array of choices on the menu!
The service was professional, attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. Their staff didn't stop on the wedding day / night! I particularly appreciate Hangree staff bringing canapes to the Bridal parties during photos so we didn't miss out.

Vanessa catered for an intimate family lunch for my 50th Birthday at Leura over the Easter break. The food was outstanding and every dish was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. Thankyou also for such a sensational birthday cake, Vanessa is a true professional and was totally at ease providing my family with an exquisite special birthday meal.

Vanessa and her catering team were amazing for our wedding in November. The food was absolutely delicious, very generous servings - no one was left hungry and so many of our guests commented on how good the food was. I can't recommend Vanessa and her team highly enough! Hangree catered for our wedding in August 2020, which was made more difficult with the COVID-19 restrictions. Vanessa was so accommodating, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with in a stressful time. Her food was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented, and her team were friendly and professional. My guests would not stop raving about the catering, and I am so grateful to Hangree!

If you're looking for a caterer for your event, then look no further. Vanessa and her team were simply spectacular for our wedding in the blue mountains in November 2018. We considered about half a dozen different caterers before going with Vanessa, and we were so glad we chose her. Vanessa and her team were organized, professional, easy to work with, great communicators, flexible about menus and tasks throughout the day, and most importantly the food is outstanding. Would 100% recommend Hangree if you want great tasting food and friendly and professional staff!!!

Vanessa is an amazing chef and her team is similarly excellent. She is very professional and was so accommodating and responsive to my email requests regarding food allergies and dietary preferences of my guests (which were varied and a challenge). Her staff went out of their way to work in a standard domestic kitchen to make excellent dishes in a professional manner. I received rave reviews from my guests and would ask her to cater again for me with no hesitation.

Vanessa and her team at Hangree Catering are awesome. We were left without a caterer for our Wedding just 4 weeks out. How lucky we were to have Vanessa available to cater for us. The Antipasto and choice of Canape's were delicious- fresh ingredients and all lovingly handmade. It was an absolute pleasure working with Vanessa. The food was incredible! After our original caterer fell through just weeks before our wedding, Vanessa and her team of professionals took on the job and made a potentially stressful situation stress free. Pricing is very reasonable and portions are generous. We would recommend Hangree to anyone planning an event.
