My name is Martin Lovell, jewellery designer and manufacturer for over 37 years, and I am a Director of Lovells Jewellers. I commenced my jewellery apprenticeship in Cairns, North Queensland, in 1978. During that time, I was exposed to the talents of some incredibly gifted craftsmen. I was fortunate enough to be taught jewellery crafting right from the start, unlike some less fortunate apprentices who were shown just the broom!
Every piece that Lovells Jewellery Studio has designed and created since it opened in 1985, has been a journey of imagination, concept and form. Each piece told a unique story that expressed its special and treasured moments, and eventually being passed down through the family line becoming heirlooms.
Good afternoon Martin. With a sunset over our campsite at Ningaloo Reef last night the ring was picture perfect both in size and design which brought a tear or two to Jennifer's eye and yes, she did say "Yes"! And some photos of our engagement evening, when for once, Jennifer was lost for words (briefly)!

This is a fantastic place for all your jewellery needs. Wife had two rings altered and cleaned, and purchased a new watch. The whole experience was great, and a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. Grace, the owner, was a pleasure to meet, and we look forward to our next encounter with her.

Service was poor to say the least had a ring made larger and it still fits tight,went back in and tried the test ring back on and the test ring fits perfect, when challenged that they don't fit the same was told it's the same on the ring gauge, I said you can see on my finger that they don't fit the same and the sales lady agreed but never seen it before but still would not except they were different, would charge another $70 to make right, rouges would not recommend them.

I have a very loved, very old 3 piece ring, I lost one of the pieces, In my mind, this ring is priceless because of the sentimental attachment I have to it, also it is a beautiful ring, I only trusted Lovells to recreate the missing piece, and they did just that. If you want quality, If you want to walk away with your heart singing, Go to Lovells, I am certainly glad I did.

I enquired for a clasp replacement today, and the service was absolutely brilliant. The lady who served me was very pleasant and they jeweller was able to help me there and then. I am thoroughly impressed with this shop, and will be shopping here for jewellery in the future. So nice to have warm and friendly customer service and fast and efficient service. Five stars from me!
