I recently spotted a fantastic looking second hand Pajero online at Car Tech Automotive, but as I was some 800km away in Brisbane and unable to travel down due to COVID-19, I had a little dilemma. Jono fielded several phone calls from me over the space of 10 days with a plethora of questions and he was always patient & knowledgeable throughout with everything asked.
Jono ended up giving me a quality 'video tour' of the vehicle and the Pajero went up on a truck to us in Brisbane! It's a brilliant vehicle, my wife & kids love it and I can't recommend Jono highly enough....just a cracking good guy

After making a booking I showed up to my appointment only to be waiting for 20 mins and no one to show up. The whole office was unoccupied except for one man, who made eye contact with me. However he had no interest in coming to serve me. I would have happily waited for my car to be serviced but the fact no one even greeted me or offered me to sit in the waiting room to be served when they were ready, was quite disappointing. I would rate Car Tech Automotive a 1 star if I could but I'd say the only good thing was Ellen paying on the TV.

Really good, friendly and honest service.
The mechanic at CTA managed to diagnose the issue, order the correct part and fix my car within a single morning.
This was such a relief as id previously been to another mechanic that was incapable of fixing my car after bringing it in on three seperate occasions.
Will definitely be returning if i run in to future car troubles.
