VERY RUDE & UNWILLING to help customers. I have been purchasing from Echo Cartons for last 3 years. However, recently I called up the business for assistance with my order. The female on the phone was quite rude and unwilling to assist with my queries. Business owner should take a note. I am a business owner myself.
