The best little Motel in QLD country. Owner is very pleasant, hard working, good cook very helpful. The owner will cook an evening meal if required at a very reasonable cost and served in your room! The fish was Coral trout! I buy this at home fresh and could not have done better.

Gayndah offers an authentic country experience with a variety of relaxing and interesting attractions. The Gayndah Historical Museum, straddling both sides of Simon Street, was developed around an old 1864 built Georgian cottage. The museum has won several awards and houses an outstanding collection of pioneering memorabilia across several buildings.

Can't miss the big Orange (or Mandarin) next to the motel. A modest but thoughtfully appointed room with plenty of space and all the facilities we needed.
Easy drive in and drive out setup, and far enough back from the highway not to be bothered by the noise.
Management and staff were very friendly.

It is well maintained, the pool looks inviting even in winter.
Plenty of outdoor space to sit and drink coffee.

Love staying here. Sheri and Julie are fantastic hosts. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. When I travel so much its nice to always feel like home when I stay. Food is great, service is great 10 stars.

HD dat this motel earlier this week on my Tuesday and Wednesday and I left . Thursday morning I must say this is one of the best motels I ever stayed in the staff was very friendly Sherri. Julie and the dog pixie

My son and I stayed here for one night on our motor cycle tour. Both our hosts were very warm and friendly. Our room was very cosy, and the location very quiet. Great small country town atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This place may only have 3 stars but it is clean, comfortable and definitely worth a look. They also do in house meals, we had the lasagne and the lamb cutlets both were very good meals with generous portions. The host is very welcoming. Give this little gem a try.

Julie and Sheri are very accommodating , friendly and courteous. The rooms are well presented , very clean and spacious. I had a meal ordered which was very nicely presented not to mention quite delicious. The pool is a great asset to cool off on a warm summer day and I for one will not hesitate to stay here again when travelling through Gayndah. Highly recommended !
