If I could give less than one star, I would. Unbelievably incompetent. WORST conveyancing experience ever, and I have done quite a bit of buying and selling of property. They clearly don't read emails or instructions, they take ages to respond, they make glaringly obvious mistakes, then make plentiful excuses. All in all, a very simple Contract of Sale took weeks to get right - instead of 48hrs from a proper conveyancer. It was such a simple thing, I thought I could save some $'s. BIG mistake. Cannot even believe they have the gall to charge for what they do - which is waste time and money. DO

Horrible experience - had no idea what we were going to be charged. Almost no communication throughout the entire process. We had to chase them the whole entire time and ask them to send attachments etc. First invoice didn't even have a break down of fees.Then to top it off - our purchase went through and we were not even notified that the sale had been finalised.
