I had a good experience with this company. John has a direct manner but worked diligently and in a friendly manner to get the shed (18x10 standard with steel roof and water barrier) into a difficult spot in the garden according to my specifications and requests. There wasn't even a site visit needed. I was able to do work everything out with John over a few emails, phone calls and Whatsapps.
Everything was as described and installation was hassle free - I went to work, gave the lads access and I had the shed that I ordered, in the place I wanted, when I got home.
So far, the shed is holding up

Worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Bought a shed and within a few months steel roof rusting really bad. Contacted them and was met with a comment 'a rusty roof in Ireland' who would of though. Then he offered to paint it, the new roof, organised a time to call down I waited all day and never showed up. Called twice more fobbed off they really don't care about their customers should be called garden sheds couldn't care less

Keep a wide birth from this company. Most unprofessional group of people I ever came across. How this company is still in business is baffling. The staff are beyond incompetent from the girl in the office to the owner John. I was shocked at how rude he was on the phone. Do not expect any level of customer service here. Shed was not fit for purpose. It leaked constantly. Took months to get any replies and when I spoke with John on the phone to explain that the shed was not put together correctly, confirmed by the staff member that was sent out to look at it, he just laughed and advised that he would

Bought a 10x8 shed over 2 years ago, no problems atall, great fitment on everything. No leaks, tight joints, door gaps perfect. Thismorning I got a 5x5 dog box from them aswell. Same story, everything perfect. They arrived on both occasions on the day agreed and a bit earlier that they said! Nice lads, no mess left atall. I will be using them again in future.
