Please call Urban Insurance Pty Ltd when something happens that you believe will result in a claim being made. Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and we will discuss the incident with you. You must make your claim as soon as possible after you suffer a loss. Undue delays may prejudice your insurer by escalating the amount of the claim, incurring unnecessary legal costs or preventing any recovery action against third parties.

Now Farmers Insurance (As Per Banner Affixed To Business Exterior)....Same Owner. They'll Process Your Paperwork, Down Payment Expected & Fine. Seems Like Everything Is Going Fine, Then BOOM An Unexpected COLLECTIONS BILL, That They Don't Want To Be Bothered To Explain. Then They'll Tell You To Contact The Insurance Company, Although They Are The One's That Processed, Got The Financial Upfront Pay From The Finance Company On Your Name. Although As A Client You Try To Make Sense Of What Occured, Female Owner Is More Upset Than You As The Client Who's Paying On The Forefront & On The Back End.
