Specialising in Split System Air Conditioning which includes Hi wall, 4 Way, Under Ceiling and Floor Cassettes. We provide HVAC Hygiene for both Domestic and Commercial Ducted air conditioning systems.
Standard Split System Clean Our standard split system clean and sanitise should be performed annually on every split system. Our Standard Clean will make sure your air conditioner runs at its best all year round. Please Note: Whilst many Sanitair technicians hold trade qualifications in air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical, Sanitair Australia's core business is HVAC Hygiene.
Even the most thorough cleaning of your business or home cannot prevent a gradual accumulation of Dust, Dirt, Human DNA, Pest & Rodent Faeces and Mould inside air ducts. Building and homeowners would be horrified if they were to actually see the inside of their duct work and what they are being exposed to when their air conditioners are operating.
Sanitair provide the following limited guarantee to original purchasers of Sanitair Antimicrobial treatments, which have been carried out by a qualified Sanitair HVAC Hygienists. Sanitair guarantees treated air conditioners indoor coils will be free of mould and bacterial contamination for a period of 12 months from treatment date.

This service was superb and second to none !
Graeme is a great bloke and it was a pleasure to do business with him, he worked so hard to do the best clean of our air-conditioning we have ever had.
The cost is really fair and actually less expensive that others we have used.
Graeme did such a thorough and excellent clean with absolutely no mess at all.
It was obvious that the air con units had not been cleaned properly before.
For the first time we are confident that the air conditioning is working efficiently, it is as cold as it was when new 10 yrs ago.
