Room was nice with high ceilings. We booked a family room with second room no air conditioning kids had a hot and sweaty night.
Main room air conditioner not working it was to hot out side to open balcony door. Was looking forward to using room spa
Spa was dirty and stained Couldn’t use.
Pool spa was located in basement was dirty and very unpleasant. Sauna out of order.
Gym was like a garage set up.
Pictures on the website photo shopped and not realistic.
Looking forward to this stay as it was our more experience stay of our holiday and wanted to treat the family to a higher end stay and

This is a review on behalf of my parents who I booked and paid for. They have stayed here multiple times and that should say enough. I originally booked a twin room but I thought my children haven't seen their grandparents since lockdown that they would want to stay with them as much as possible so I asked for a two bedroom for a little extra space and fortunately there was one available. All the phone manner and professionalism has always been great we've never had a bad experience. The owners are always friendly and are always so helpful. There is absolutely nothing around about this hotel. Air conditioners do not call the room. The pool is tiny in the basement and has no air circulation. The 'gym' had water on the concrete floor from the pool it's also had lights on the blink. Our room was unacceptable and manager was unhelpful. Read all Google and booking roof use before booking this hotel! I wish we had!

"Worst Customer Service"
Travelled from Melbourne and booked the hotel for 3 days in advance.
However, going there was so stressful because the manger "David" who had very poor customer skills and very poor communication skills was very rude.
Not only he charged me more than showed on their website, he didn't even allowed 3rd person to visit the room when the room was clearly booked for 3 person. It was a twin room with 2 beds for 3 people and he didn't allowed us to stay. I was showed the door and struggled very hard to find another place in such a short time.

Terrible experience at this motel which was certainly not grand. We booked a Queen Spa Suite that was advertised for up to 3 people on I booked it for my husband and I and our 16 year old son (3 people). Also advertised are roller beds for this room for a surcharge. Upon arrival at 10pm at night after a long trip from Sydney, we were given Room 21. There was no roller bed for our son in the room so I asked Brad the duty manager for a roller bed. His answer was asimple no and that we had booked the incorrect room and that our room is only allowed to have 2 people. When I showed him our “third

This motel is very conveniently located in the heart of town. The owner, a well travelled gentleman, is well versed with local, interstate and international knowledge of travel.
He runs a very clean, comfortable and well priced establishment. It even has secure underground carpark and the property is also electronically secured.
Very spacious accommodation, definitely staying there again.
