From Ontario, Canada and have ordered from here multiple times. The product quality and service has been great. It's worth noting that prices are in USD and will only be shown in CAD on your bank statement. Delivery depends on how fast USPS gets the product into Canada at which point Canada post takes over and varies from 6 days to 2 weeks (from my experience). Highly recommend especially with their large inventory!

If I could give no stars I would! I placed an order from them and my item never shipped then I got a delayed…I reached out via email twice and have gotten no response (going on 2 weeks) I called the 1888number and I get a guy that claims to knows nothing and I have to contact the manager through email. I highly suggest not to order from this place! ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!

Horrible Service with SCAM. My girlfriend went there to pick up for my birthday present. Obviously, she didn’t know anything about diecast. They said it was a brand new product, but obviously it was a open box(resealed). Also, there was 4 left side mirrors only with broken airducts! I am assuming they gave my girlfriend a defected + open box item because she looks like she doesn’t know anything about diecast. I went back to the store, asking for the refund. The guy said the it has to go through the refund system so I have to email the manager since manager was not at the store. I drived for

Great sellers. I like buying on their website directly as they offer discount codes and a flat fee shipping. Models arrive fairly fast and well package... and more importantly, are sent with a signatures required for delivery. They also update with tracking info but it’s important to register on their website so that you can track and monitor your orders. They are one of my USA based go-to shops now and I buy a significant amount of models for my personal collection as well as direct potential commissioned model clients(I run a small boutique model customizing gig). I will definitely recommend

My daughter ordered a $50 gift certificate from this site on Nov 30, 2020 for a Christmas gift for her father.
She never received this gift certificate in her email
We contacted Diecast Models to cancel this order and ordered from a different site and received that gift certificate right away
Diecast models said the could not cancel our order and said they emailed certificate to my daughter
They did not!!!!
I had filed a dispute with my Bank and Diecast will not respond to them
Yesterday I emailed yet again to have certificate emailed to my email since they respond up me
Their response was

Order shipped in timely manner with FedEx, the only way you know for sure that your order will arrive undamaged. Those who packed my order did so with the intent that my order would arrive undamaged. The box was marked with "Fragile" tape on top and sides, which is also necessary these days. The two model Corvettes were pristine, as well as their boxes. Will be ordering my next diecast models from these people. Great Service !!

I'm MORE THAN PLEASED, couldn't have asked for anything better with my 1/18 scale SunStar black 2003 Lincoln Town Car Limousine I love love love these Town Cars and can't keep my eyes off this one!
