We use them a lot, and keep about 100 CBM of products with them. We may have 1 sale a day on bad days and 20 sales on peak days and they manage it fine.
Advantages:
- Their 3PL has worked fine for us for years.
- They can take irregular packages while some competitors like Amazon have limits. Eg. we have some large and heavy irregular shaped items like 180x150x10cm x 20kg. They're expensive to deliver, but at least they're accepted into the warehouse and dispatched without issue.
Negatives:
- Occasionally need to be chased up for tracking numbers, since their process seems to be partly manual
