Recently submitted a DA to Hawkesbury City Council for additions which is located in a flood zone. I had previously engaged 2 different hydrologists over the last two months to put together a Flood Risk Assessment for my development. Both were slow on communication and information. Finally I phoned Molino Stewart for assistance. After conversations with Neil Dufty and Tim Morrison and emailing information requested by them, I had the answer to my enquiry in one day! Well done guys, my DA has been submitted.
